Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Travel to members’ homes or community locations to respond to acute and episodic medical, behavioral, and social needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, compassionate, and skilled care
• Provide therapeutic intervention under the direct guidance of a physician
• Assist with clinical intake visits for new member engagement and onboarding
• Engage with members recently discharged from inpatient or emergency settings to prevent readmission

Requirements

• EMT-Paramedic with active Florida license or NREMT
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• 3+ years of field clinical experience
• Driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric patients
• Experience in critical care, primary care, telehealth, or community paramedicine
• Bilingual in Spanish
