Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical assessment and pre-hospital care within the Paramedic scope of practice
• Lead clinical care during emergency, non-emergency, and inter-facility transfers
• Deliver advanced life support and approved emergency medical procedures
• Operate and maintain onboard medical equipment to ensure the ambulance is mission-ready
• Collaborate effectively with crew members, receiving facilities, physicians, and first responders
• Accurately document all patient assessments and care on patient care records

Requirements

• Immediate availability to start (must be on a cancelled visa, visit visa, or serving notice period)
• Valid DCAS DataFlow (Primary Source Verification) and valid DCAS Prometric
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic post-EMS qualification
• Valid and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ITLS or PHTLS
• Relevant qualification pathway (Certificate in Paramedicine, EMS, or equivalent)
• Fluency in English; ability to stay calm and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
• Physical fitness to lift and carry patients and heavy medical equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid and active DCAS Paramedic license
• Prior experience working in the Dubai or UAE medical/ambulance sector
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proficiency in Arabic
