Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor (England & Wales)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the international legal department with a focus on English and international business law
• Support the legal advisory services for UK business units
• Assist in the drafting and reviewing of contracts, specifically construction and project agreements
• Collaborate with internal departments and external law firms within the United Kingdom
• Gain insight into cross-border legal issues between Austria and the United Kingdom

Requirements

• Completed law degree in Austria
• Completed court practice (Gerichtsjahr) prior to the start of the program
• Initial professional experience in an Austrian law firm following graduation
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Proven interest in UK legal training (e.g., through studies or relevant experience)
• Already registered for SEQ1 training courses
• Strong interest in international business law and construction law
• Independent, structured working style and high motivation
