Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions to state and local agencies
• Maintain entity filings including formation documents, annual reports, and registered agent records
• Manage client lease files, tracking key dates, renewals, and landlord consents
• Draft and redline NDAs, vendor agreements, and routine commercial contracts for attorney review
• Own the contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow and renewal calendars
• Utilize Legal ERP software to track deadlines and reporting dashboards
• Conduct practical legal research on regulatory, employment, and real estate matters
• Coordinate e-signature workflows and litigation support tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in-house
• Experience preparing and submitting documents to state regulators or government agencies
• Hands-on experience maintaining entity filings, leases, and contracts
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Monday.com, and Asana
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Edina, MN
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
