Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Maintain and streamline case data with well-structured discovery and records organizational charts
• Conduct research via Open Public Records Requests and background investigations
• Support attorneys in depositions and discovery by summarizing transcripts and managing documents
• Manage document productions by reviewing and organizing files from opposing parties
• Prepare and organize materials for expert witness review
• Maintain organized and accessible case files to ensure smooth workflow
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience in insurance defense preferred
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Ability to draft subpoenas and maintain detailed records
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
