Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Perform investigation and file management duties related to legal hold requests and litigation discovery requests
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify potentially relevant materials
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the Firm
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information using best records management practices
• Assist with the coordination and management of document productions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation
• Experience with auto liability insurance matters/cases
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with data entry
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal studies degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with collaboration and work management software
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and document management systems
• Experience with computer-assisted review technologies
