Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records through authorizations and subpoenas
• Maintain case data with discovery and records organizational charts
• Conduct research via Open Public Records Requests and background investigations
• Support attorneys in depositions and discovery by summarizing transcripts
• Manage document productions by reviewing and organizing files
• Prepare materials for expert witness review
• Maintain organized and accessible case files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience in insurance defense preferred
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Ability to draft subpoenas and manage large volumes of case materials
