Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload of approximately 70–80 active files
• Collaborate in a pod structure with a Legal Support Specialist to oversee case progression
• Support both pre-litigation and litigation matters by coordinating with attorneys
• Review medical records and bills for accuracy, completeness, and subrogation liens
• Draft settlement demand brochures and assist during settlement negotiations
• Handle medical bill reductions and other critical case tasks
• Prepare legal documents including complaints, discovery responses, and routine motions
• Maintain accurate and organized case information within Filevine
• Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and team members

Requirements

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience preferred, ideally in personal injury
• Experience with medical record review, billing analysis, and demand preparation
• Ability to manage 70–80 active files simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software is preferred
