Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Work up client cases from retention through resolution, ensuring all documentation, filings, and data are accurate and complete
• Review client questionnaires and supporting documentation to determine statute of limitations and validate injuries
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries
• Review medical records and other evidence to confirm eligibility criteria and injury validation
• Prepare case materials including case summaries, complaints, and plaintiff fact sheets for attorney review
• Coordinate filing activities, including preparing complaints and managing proof of service
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information within Litify

Requirements

• Associates degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Ability to build trust and engage clients with clarity and empathy
• Comfort learning and adopting new technologies and automation
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal case manager
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Experience reviewing medical records and claimant documentation
