Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
• Compile evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, and databases
• Manage and organize electronic and physical case files
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services
• Generate status reports, logs, and case indexes
• Conduct legal and medical research and review expert materials
• Communicate with experts and analyze their qualifications and testimony

Requirements

• 3–5 years of litigation or casualty paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
