Paralegal Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the paralegal and litigation support team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability
• Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and professional development of team members
• Evaluate litigation support operations to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Monitor and review team work product to ensure accuracy and adherence to firm standards
• Serve as the department's subject matter expert for litigation support and procedural guidance

Requirements

• Extensive experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Proven experience leading litigation teams
• Skilled in developing and delivering training and coaching programs
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement efficient systems and workflows
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles
