Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Review and assess vendor and SaaS agreements to identify risks and ensure alignment with business goals
• Support attorneys in managing corporate compliance, including business licenses and insurance renewals
• Draft and refine contracts, legal documents, correspondence, and templates
• Manage contract workflows from intake through execution using Ironclad CLM
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records across SharePoint and other document management systems
• Act as a resource for document and information requests from internal teams and outside counsel
• Review and analyze claim denials and escalate risks as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of paralegal or legal support experience, ideally in an in-house environment
• Hands-on experience with commercial agreements and corporate governance matters
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, such as Ironclad
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hCue or similar corporate governance software
• Experience with invoice management through Legal Tracker or related ELM systems
