Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of personal injury case files from intake through resolution
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients to provide responsive communication
• Review, organize, and analyze medical records and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized case files and document activity within firm systems
• Partner with attorneys and operations leadership to solve problems and remove roadblocks

Requirements

• Strong client service orientation and empathy
• Ability to thrive in a high-accountability environment with direct feedback
• Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership and urgency
• Proficiency in learning legal technology and case management software
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomfield, CT

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Injury law
• Experience in Insurance Defense, Workers' Compensation, or Social Security Disability
