Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve contract management systems and processes
• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs
• Identify and implement new legal technologies including document management and GenAI-enabled tools
• Manage privacy and cybersecurity questions in collaboration with Information Security teams
• Support regulatory compliance efforts and organize documents for regulatory submissions
• Manage production and distribution of materials for board and committee meetings
• Coordinate Legal participation in interdepartmental projects

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal or contract manager
• Experience with contract management systems and legal review processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and legal workflows
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and productivity
