Paralegal Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction for assigned courses within the Paralegal program
• Utilize various teaching strategies and delivery methods to meet diverse student learning styles
• Maintain a safe and civil learning environment for all students
• Manage course competencies, including taking daily attendance and grading tests, assignments, and exams

Requirements

• Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in small claims, employment, provincial offences, immigration, or insurance law
• Proficiency in legal software, specifically Clio
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Superior communication and organizational skills
