Responsibilities
- Prepare client registration statement updates, SEC filings, and forms
- Distribute client board and committee materials, including agendas, exhibits, reports, and resolutions
- Prepare minutes for client board and committee meetings
- Maintain contractual agreements and corporate governance documents
- Manage regulatory calendars and filing processes
- Assist in developing legal administration procedures related to board meetings and SEC filings
- Support daily legal administration operations and client-related projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of paralegal or legal administration experience in a corporate or law firm environment
- 1-3 years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
