Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and arbitration support, including litigation holds, subpoena responses, and discovery document production.
• Triage and respond to regulatory complaints from state Attorney General offices and other government agencies.
• Process UCC liens, garnishments, and tax-levy notices end-to-end.
• Oversee outside-counsel management, including invoice review in SimpleLegal and onboarding via Coupa.
• Administer corporate governance and compliance platforms such as Diligent and NAVEX.
• Design and implement AI-powered legal tools to automate repetitive processes and improve intake and review workflows.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent law-office experience.
• Proven experience using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to improve professional workflows.
• Proficiency with SimpleLegal (or similar e-billing platforms), Coupa, Adobe Sign, and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with regulators, outside counsel, and executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CT Corporation SOP Hub or UCC lien processing.
• Experience handling Attorney General complaints, mass arbitration, or consumer protection matters.
• Familiarity with Diligent, NAVEX, or similar corporate governance platforms.
