Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft legal language and written agreements to meet specific customer requirements
• Prepare legal documents for managerial review and client delivery
• Manage customer requests via email and website chat to ensure quick and correct resolution
• Provide technical support for customers setting up connections with source code management platforms
• Assist the sales process by guiding leads through service inquiries
• Draft inspection reports based on customer-provided information

Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role
