Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support the Legal team across commercial contracting, compliance, corporate governance, employment, litigation, privacy, and product counseling
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing vendor, customer, partnership, and data-related contracts
• Support securities and corporate governance activities, including subsidiary management and equity transactions
• Coordinate litigation and dispute matters, including document collection and outside counsel engagement
• Assist with compliance program administration, policy management, and internal reporting
• Support privacy and product-related legal reviews and workflow management
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve Legal team processes and systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced legal environment
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment, or privacy
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Strong communication skills for interacting with legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
• Experience with eBilling and document management systems
