Responsibilities

• Assist attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Draft legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings
• Assist in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines
• E-file with both State and Federal Courts
• Summarize medical and billing records
• Summarize depositions and manage cases from inception to completion

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
