Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation hold notices and safeguard the integrity of the preservation process
• Coordinate the legal billing lifecycle, including reviewing outside counsel invoices and managing e-billing software
• Implement complex search terms for data harvesting and coordinate E-Discovery and ESI collection
• Support corporate governance by preparing resolutions, managing officer/director appointments, and maintaining digital minute books
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party subpoena responses and record gathering
• Perform substantive legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or public records
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience as a paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and experience with e-billing software
• Proficiency in drafting corporate governance documents and managing multi-entity structures
• Valid US employment authorization without the need for visa sponsorship
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• A mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience
• Experience in the industrial gas industry
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
