Panelist Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Contact potential panelists to explain business and describe clinical research studies
• Screen panelists based on medical history and study-specific requirements
• Collect and maintain information for the potential panelist database
• Track, schedule, and adjust panelist appointments for research studies
• Mine and filter database leads to target specific study requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure recruitment and completion of studies
• Provide customer service and act as a point of escalation for panelists
• Work with Principal Investigators and clinic staff to understand disqualification data

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year telecommunication experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of telecommunication experience
• 2 years of moderate to advanced problem-solving experience
• Project management experience
• Basic clinical grading knowledge
