Panel Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day panel shop operations including design, fabrication, testing, and delivery
• Oversee panel layout and design processes to ensure accuracy and technical compliance
• Ensure fabrication meets quality, safety, and industry standards
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and testing protocols
• Manage panel shop budgets and contribute to P&L performance
• Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Mentor and develop panel shop team members through regular meetings and performance guidance
• Foster a positive, high-performance team environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within panel shop operations

Requirements

• Managerial experience within panel fabrication, electrical manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of panel design, fabrication processes, and quality standards
• Experience managing shop resources, production schedules, and budgets
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel up to 25%
