Panel Beater

Responsibilities

• Repair and panel damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with approved Repair Methodology and manufacturers standards
• Complete all body work, including stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
• Refit new or repaired panels and repair small dents and minor body work for accident damaged vehicles
• Use specialist body repair equipment including measuring equipment, body jigs, welding equipment, and smart repair tools
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards or report faults on job cards

Requirements

• ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification
• Relevant industry experience as a time-served repair technician
• Good communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Effective time management skills
