PALS Technical Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed requirements and supporting documentation for changes to the PALS system
• Support the business team by developing use cases, test cases, and other software lifecycle artifacts
• Contribute to compliance testing aligned with SOX policies
• Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis for PALS support requests
• Participate in 24-hour on-call support and maintenance activities outside regular business hours
• Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) processes for all software and data changes
• Collaborate with PALS developers to improve and expand support tools
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain CGMP-related documentation for codebase upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience working with auditors during internal and external audits
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance frameworks
• Strong listening skills and sound judgment for informed decision-making
• Ability to work independently with guidance from the PALS Team Leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call support

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 10 years of practical experience in logistics planning and scheduling
• Experience writing and executing documentation and test cases for complex systems compliant with the GAMP-5 framework
