About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee management and upgrading of client Palo Alto firewall solutions and networking devices
- Lead the design, installation, and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls following best practices
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for VPN solutions, including GlobalProtect
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls in service operations
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto NGFWs, VPNs, and routing/switching via GUI & CLI
- Proficiency in Panorama, WildFire, GlobalProtect, and SSL decryption
Preferred Qualifications
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE7-8)
- CCNP certification or higher
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VLANs
