Palm Court General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Palm Court, including restaurant leaders, staff, facilities, and sales.
• Oversee luxury-level mixology, wine, and afternoon tea concepts to ensure high production quality.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI), employee satisfaction, and operating costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards for both front and back of house.
• Direct the efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages across luxury tiered restaurant concepts.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to maintain optimal staffing levels and productivity.
• Develop and implement creative promotional programs and an annual marketing calendar to boost sales and visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Department Head, Restaurant Director of Operations, or General Manager.
• Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred, or equivalent operational experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and current industry trends.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is considered an asset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Local 6 Union Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
