Palletizer Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing, bundling, and hardening equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comply with all company safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety checks (HACCP/MCP)
• Perform manual, semi-automatic, and automatic palletizing and operate stretch wrapping equipment
• Load and operate multiple bundlers and make minor equipment adjustments to ensure quality
• Identify product SKUs, complete required digital transactions, and manage reject lines to prevent spoilage
• Conduct basic sanitation and preventive maintenance to keep work areas in an "inspection ready" condition
• Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance, and management to resolve operational issues

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and schedules
• Excellent interpersonal communication and math skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in cold, humid, or high-noise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or logistics experience
