Palletizer Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, adjust, and maintain palletizer, stretcher, and straper machines to ensure production line efficiency and reliability.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging and manage production supplies including cardboard, pallets, strap tapes, and stretch film.
• Monitor, analyze, and record machine parameters and production process data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine downtime and technical faults.
• Communicate production interventions, parameter changes, and identified risks to supervisors and incoming shifts.
• Participate in regular and extraordinary machine maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with established standards.
• Contribute to Lean manufacturing standards and continuous improvement (Business Excellence) projects.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary vocational education in a mechanical or electrical field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the English language.
