Palletizer Operator

Responsibilities

• Check pallet integrity and perform final visual quality control on boxes from production to ensure regular and orderly palletizing
• Adhere to quality standards and legal obligations defined in the Ball Management System regarding Safety, Environment, Hygiene, and Quality
• Follow all company-determined instructions and operational guidelines
• Contribute to the sustainability of the company by applying core values: Integrity, Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Innovation, and Ownership

Requirements

• Vocational high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in production and quality control environments
• Basic knowledge of painting processes
• Knowledge of 5S methodologies and hygiene standards
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving production targets
• Openness to personal and professional development
