Palletizer/Depalletizer Operator

Responsibilities

• Palletize and de-palletize refrigerated dough cans in a quick and safe manner
• Operate various palletizers/de-palletizers and set up new jobs
• Monitor and report the quality of manufactured products, making incremental process adjustments
• Troubleshoot problems and situations on the production line
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with quality and safety policies
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure production success

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitious duties, including climbing stairs
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work outside of regular shift hours, including weekends, if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing or warehousing environments
