Pallet Repair Operator

Responsibilities

• Use pneumatic nail guns to repair or assemble pallets
• Remove defective boards and replace them with new boards on repair tables
• Assemble stock boards into specific pallet types
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on saws
• Adhere to all company safety procedures while operating equipment

Requirements

• Physical strength and endurance for a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to concentrate on tasks
• Effective communication and understanding skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery
