Palista/Operador de Pala Cargadora

Responsibilities

• Operate a wheel loader to feed mills according to production orders and established procedures
• Record actual weights and quantities loaded in manufacturing reports
• Perform daily machinery inspections and report any technical incidents
• Maintain material piles in good structural condition and keep access paths clear
• Monitor mineral stock levels and notify supervisors when safety stock is reached
• Collect material samples for laboratory analysis as required
• Monitor operating hours to facilitate scheduled preventive maintenance
• Maintain plant cleanliness and order in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Comply with all current Risk Prevention, Environmental, and Quality regulations

Requirements

• EGB, ESO, or equivalent educational background
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating wheel loaders in industrial or mining environments
• Valid wheel loader license
• Training and knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP
• Specific training in Sustainable Mining Management Systems
• Ability to operate machinery in adverse weather conditions and on uneven terrain
• Proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• High commitment to personal and collective workplace safety
