About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate all painting work on site
- Organize human and material resources for site progress
- Ensure quality, planning, safety, and budget monitoring
- Control technical application processes including surface treatments, resins, and finishes
- Act as the primary contact for operational teams, suppliers, and the final client
- Report on progress and write follow-up reports
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (Bac +5)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in painting works management
- Knowledge of the naval sector is a significant asset
- Experience in the construction sector is appreciated
- Autonomous and rigorous with strong coordination skills
