Painter/Loader - Overhead Crane Operator

Responsibilities

• Support company Core Values and participate in a Safe Work environment
• Inspect equipment for safety
• Read and understand production orders
• Meet company productivity and customer quality requirements
• Use crane and perform manual handling of materials
• Complete proper documentation for produced materials
• Maintain communication with Team, Supervisor, and Management

Requirements

• Competency in safe and efficient operation of line equipment and processes
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Basic computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
• Ability to stand and walk 8 to 12 hours daily
• Ability to work in varying and extreme weather conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience
• Forklift and Crane experience
