Painter

Responsibilities

• Perform various process activities including painting, metal etching, metal polishing, heat treating, engraving, and sand blasting to support aircraft production.
• Execute spray and brush priming tasks.
• Conduct hand finishing operations, such as blending adjacent surfaces into engineering tolerances.
• Set up and test electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assemblies and components.
• Support production requirements through metal processing, wire assembly, and decal application.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Topcoat Caliber experience.
• High school diploma, A levels, GED, or GCSE.
• Ability to stand and work for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Availability to work 2nd shift primarily, with flexibility for other shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
• Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
