About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle painting tasks in strict accordance with manufacturer technical requirements
- Ensure timely, complete, and competent execution of order positions following manufacturer technology
- Apply paints and coatings precisely to ensure aesthetic appeal and long-term protection against corrosion and wear
Requirements
- Technical education
- 3+ years of experience in an automotive painting role
- Experience with VAG group vehicles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
