Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting of vacant apartment homes during the turnover process
• Perform paint touch-ups in occupied apartments, offices, hallways, and amenity spaces
• Prepare surfaces including patching, sanding, caulking, cleaning, taping, masking, and priming
• Match existing paint colors and finishes for repairs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Protect flooring, fixtures, appliances, and resident belongings during work
• Travel between assigned apartment communities as needed
• Use painting equipment, ladders, brushes, rollers, and sprayers safely

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid automobile insurance
• Ability to travel between multiple apartment communities
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and surface preparation
• Ability to work independently and meet turnover deadlines
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multifamily apartment communities
• Experience completing unit turns in a deadline-driven environment
• Basic drywall patching and texture matching experience
• Experience using paint sprayers and professional painting equipment
