1 year automotive paint application experience preferred, Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, and buffers, Proficiency with common hand tools, Attention to detail, English fluency
About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare products for final paint application
- Sand and mask products to ensure high-quality finish
- Clean and inspect products prior to painting
- Operate protective safety equipment as required
Requirements
- Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, buffers, and similar tools
- Proficiency with common hand tools
- Strong attention to detail to ensure acceptable paint finishes
- Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
- Ability to work in high-heat environments (up to 100 degrees)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive paint application
- Experience with Akzo Nobel – Sikkens paint products
