Painter/Finisher

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized finishing tasks including masking, spray painting, conformal coating, piece marking, and encapsulation
• Execute chemical finishing, lamination stacking, bonding, and motor impregnation
• Handle minor assembly tasks such as coil covering and helicoil insertion
• Maintain flexibility to transition between shifts or handle "hot jobs" as production needs change
• Adhere to all safety and ES&H requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional spray-painting experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions/specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee) per ITAR regulations
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to identify colors

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a NADCAP environment
