Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
• Apply paint, stain, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of multi-family properties
• Ensure quality control by inspecting all work for consistency and accuracy
• Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
