Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel appearance through professional painting and decorating
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and health and safety compliance
• Support the smooth running of the property maintenance department
• Act as a multitasker and fixer to keep the property in top condition

Requirements

• Eye for detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
