Painter & Decorator

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team with painting duties across the building
• Ensure paint stock levels and painting materials are regularly checked and controlled
• Coordinate daily PPM schedules in the bedrooms with the housekeeping department

Requirements

• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Competent computer skills
• Extensive knowledge of painting and decorating
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Passion for hospitality and positive guest interaction
