Painter

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other tools
• Inspect paint finishes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Clean and maintain spray painting equipment
• Mix, match, and manage inventory of paints, solvents, and other materials
• Track daily usage of paints, thinners, and other solvents
• Follow manufacturing specifications and safety procedures
• Identify and address issues related to the painting process

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing and/or painting experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
• Ability to perform extensive standing, bending, sitting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and walking
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
