Painter

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers or sealers as needed
• Mix and apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazardous materials
• Maintain and clean painting tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety
• Inspect completed work for quality, perform touch-ups as necessary, and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• High School Education or GED Equivalent
• Proven surface preparation skills
• Experience with paint mixing and application
• Ability to comply with strict safety procedures
• Experience with tool and equipment maintenance
