Painter

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and caulking using spray and conventional equipment
• Assist in general maintenance activities and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop area
• Utilize and maintain assigned maintenance equipment and appropriate personal protective equipment
• Assist in providing training and safety education for residents regarding painting and maintenance
• Interact appropriately with residents and maintain regular, punctual attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years of structural (residential or commercial) painting experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and availability for travel as needed
• Physical ability to bend, lift, grasp, push, pull, and stand for prolonged periods
• Exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
