About the role
Responsibilities
- Mix and spray paint to match customer specifications and quality standards
- Run paint equipment efficiently and safely
- Store materials and clean up properly
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when needed
- Follow all safety rules and protocols
- Monitor paint supplies and report low inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Ability to operate airless paint equipment
- Experience with heavy-duty industrial or construction painting
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work second shift (Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM)
- Willingness to join Local Union 851
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade school or similar technical training
