Painter and Decorator

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality internal decoration in empty properties across the Dorset region
• Work independently to ensure all work complies with relevant legislation
• Maintain high quality output with consistent productivity levels
• Occasionally collaborate with other trades on-site
• Use IT systems (including iPad) to manage work tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a time-served Painter and Decorator
• Full driving license (must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently without direct supervision
• Basic IT skills and willingness to use digital tools
• Punctual, proactive attitude with a positive demeanour

Preferred Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or an equivalent qualification
