About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality internal decoration in empty properties across the Dorset region
- Work independently to ensure all work complies with relevant legislation
- Maintain high quality output with consistent productivity levels
- Occasionally collaborate with other trades on-site
- Use IT systems (including iPad) to manage work tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a time-served Painter and Decorator
- Full driving license (must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles)
- Ability to work safely and efficiently without direct supervision
- Basic IT skills and willingness to use digital tools
- Punctual, proactive attitude with a positive demeanour
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or an equivalent qualification
