Painter and Decorator

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality internal decoration in empty properties
• Perform skilled repairs to ensure homes are safe and ready for customers
• Work independently and manage your own schedule in a field-based environment
• Maintain consistent productivity levels while complying with relevant legislation
• Occasionally collaborate with other trades to complete property works

Requirements

• Proven experience as a time-served Painter and Decorator
• Full driving license (must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently without direct supervision
• Basic IT skills, including the ability to use an iPad
• Punctual, proactive attitude with a positive and professional demeanour

Preferred Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or an equivalent qualification
