Paint Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the paint team to ensure effective IMS operation and safety compliance
• Ensure associates follow standardized work, work instructions, and training procedures
• Monitor the work environment and mentor employees to maintain safe working conditions
• Monitor production schedules to ensure part availability and deliver world-class quality
• Provide direction and assign tasks to operators
• Maintain area discipline following 5S principles and proper waste management
• Report safety, performance, or environmental issues to the Shift Manager
• Act as a relief operator or shift manager in emergency situations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
